‘Share The Love’ was an online competition asking participants to share their favourite party image. Participants then had to share and acquire votes from friends and family to win. A large scale campaign that crossed several platforms: The dating platform Facebook Twitter …

Organic Social Posts
Screen shots of some of the tweets, posts and images that worked. My favourite? Having the audience on the male site truly believe I was a guy.

The second part of my interview with Lauren Bedford Russell. I feel the chemistry and warmth started to come up more towards the end – with general chitchat. The second half of my chat with Lauren Bedford Russell, we talk business, activism about her MS diagnosis and how you can get involved. Transcript: Mariella: Now there’s something really interesting about you …

In the drive to get relevant content on our blog and grassroots SEO, I made contact with a PR agent in the USA that could help put me in touch with lesbian celebrities. This interview was recorded in the old GaydarRadio recording studios which made the audio much better quality than previous interviews. This also helped when it came time …

OkCupid VS Firefox
This picture is doing the rounds on the internet and it’s brilliant for all sorts of reasons. Obviously there’s the support for the LGBT community by a major company – which is always welcomed. World’s Sexiest Man?
This was a PR and SEO link building exercise commissioned by Propellernet for Gaydar.net.
It generated quite a number of links through their successful digital PR sell-in. The most successful digital PR initiative I’ve seen to date.
I wrote the following copy with statistics collected from 4,000 Gaydar guys.

Another post for Gaydar, this time focusing on the Corporate Social Responsibility work that Gaydar undertakes.
I’m one of four in the CSR committee, unfortunately I wasn’t involved at the start of the project but it’s still been great to see the results.
This copy is very much different to the copy I write for Gaydar, I changed the tone to a more corporate voice to show how important the community work we do is. And to be taken seriously for the partnerships we get involved in.
